I do shop from Hair Energy very often. Generally speaking I am satisfied with the quality of different products I buy from H.E. So far as this Collagen Biotin Plus is concerned I haven’t tried it yet but I’m sure it would be as good as other products I have used already.

This brand is amazing. I usually buy biotin tablets at Walmart however those don't have the added vitamins as HAIR ENERGY has done. With the added supplements this makes my favorite of the few brands I have tried. I been taken them for a week. Twice a day, the only thing I notice so far is hair growth (when my hair is growing fast my scalp starts to get a little itchy) so that's a sign for me. I will continue taking these to see if I have any skin or nail difference. My recommendation Disclaimer: please take the amount recommended by your doctor or listed on bottle. Capsules: the capsules are not hard to swallow for me. I do wish they were a little smaller but it's not a problem for me.

I have been taking biotin on and off for a few years to help with hair growth. I started this biotin a few weeks ago. And let me tell you.... it works. My hair and nail growth is crazy! 3 weeks ago I took the plunge and cut my hair super short due to some over processing issues. It is growing back super quick. I already need it trimmed. 3 weeks guys!!! I wish I had taken measurements. Same for my nails they are longer and growing in stronger!! I will be purchasing HAIR ENERGY Biotin Plus again!!!

I'd like to recommend this product to anyone recovering from hair loss, or who works a job where your nails are constantly in danger of being dinged around like I am. I've been trying my hardest to find ways to recover my hair thickness after years of abusing my body through severely restrictive eating habits, and as I work with boxes and machines all day, those little white marks on my nails are always there haha. After taking these Hair Emergy biotin capsules for about two months now, I have noticed stronger, thicker hair (that sounds like a marketing trick but i promise i'm legit lol), and my nails grow pretty alarmingly quick. Not to mention, my acne has cleared up a good deal as well, something i knew might happen but didn't bet on!
