If you receive a damaged, leaked, or broken item, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you received the wrong product, size, or variant, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.

Manufacturing Defects

If you notice any manufacturing fault, kindly share pictures or videos within 48 hours for verification.

What Is NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used:

  • Serums, oils, or skincare products with broken seals
  • Used or tested products
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Change of mind after delivery

Return & Exchange Timeframe

Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be entertained, as per standard practices in Pakistan’s eCommerce and beauty industry.

Return Shipping Charges

If the issue is from our side, including damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, HairEnergyOfficial will bear the return shipping charges.

If the return request is due to any other reason, such as ordering the wrong item, the customer will be responsible for delivery charges.

Refund Policy

Currently, HairEnergyOfficial does not offer cash refunds. However, customers may receive:
