  • Wrong Product Delivered:
    If you received the wrong product, size, or variant, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.
  • Manufacturing Defects:
    If you notice any manufacturing fault, kindly share pictures or videos within 48 hours for verification.

What Is NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used:

  • Serums, oils, or skincare products with broken seals
  • Used or tested products
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Change of mind after delivery

Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Currently, HairEnergyOfficial does not offer cash refunds. However, you will receive:

  • A voucher/credit for future purchases if your requested item is out of stock.
