Shipping Policy

1. When to expect your parcel to be delivered?
Local Order delivery can take between 3-6 working days, and for International delivery please e-mail on info@hairenergyofficial.com. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery accordingly. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment payment method in case the payment is other then COD. In certain cases other then COD we might request for some form of payment verification or source to process the order. *During SALE, delivery time is up to 8-10 working days.
2. What are delivery charges for local and International shipments?
Nationwide delivery charges for all shipments (i.e within Pakistan) are flat 250, despite of shipment weight and distance. Moreover, international e-mail info@hairenergyofficial.com.com.
3. Does the price of the order include shipping charges?
Customer will be informed of shipping charges separately, however, final amount charged will include shipping charges.
5. How do I check the delivery status?
On dispatching, you will be provided with a Tracking ID for your order through SMS and/or e-mail. Then also an SMS will be sent to you from the courier company delivering your order. You can log on to our Courier Partner’s websites for nationwide shipments, enter your tracking ID and track your order. https://callcourier.com.pk/tracking/
For international shipments customer will be informed about courier partner via e-mail.
6. Which shipping service is used?
Call Courier for local orders and DHL/Fed-Ex for international shipments.
7. How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case customer is unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the City, address, Mobile Number and the area code while placing an order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, the item(s) will return to the shipper.
8. Can I get the shipping/billing address of an order changed after it has been processed?
